Patricia Ann Welsch Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patricia A. Welsch, age 88, of Waukegan, IL passed away peacefully January 17, 2022 at her home surrounded by her daughters. Patricia was born April 6, 1933 in Kenosha, WI. and was a proud member of St. Anastasia Church. Patricia was President of the Women's club at St. Anastasia church, Co-Coordinator of funeral luncheons, a Volunteer for Eldercare of Lake County, Two-time recipient of Woman of the Year for Archdiocese of Chicago for leadership and service to St. Anastasia. She also belonged to the Shamrock's, AARP and Healthy Circle. Patricia worked at Chicago Hardware Foundry and Ammco Tools as Traffic Manager. Patricia is survived by her children, Connie (Kevin) Weeks, Debbie (Jim) Ringler, Julie (T.G.) Mieure, Dianne (Janie Ross) Welsch; Grandchildren, Jason (Tori), Tiffany (Jerry), Justin (Wendie), Melissa (Nick), Michael; Great Grand Children, Daniel, Jordan, Luke, Maisy, Millie & Milo; Sister, Connie (Jack) Schukay Nephew, Tom Schukay; Cousin and a lifetime friend of many. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents, Tony and Pearl Willems and grandson Brian Weeks. Patricia was the center of her family and was a strong but gentle woman, guided by her faith. Visitation Friday, January 28, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anastasia Church, 624 Douglas Ave. Waukegan, IL with Clergyman Fr. Radley Alcantara. Interment will be at Ascension Cemetery Libertyville, IL. Memorials to St. Anastasia Church or a pet rescue of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
