Victoria M. "Vicki" (nee Salata) Culliton Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Victoria M. “Vicki” Culliton, nee Salata, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan with her family by her side. Vicki was born March 27, 1961 in Waukegan and resided there until marrying her husband, late James A. Culliton in 1985. After living in Gurnee for several years, they decided to build a life and a home in Wadsworth to raise their two sons, James and Jeffrey. Vicki was a generous person who had a kind heart. She was always willing to help out her family or a friend and had opened her home to many over the years. She had a good sense of humor and enjoyed a good laugh, but above all, she always wanted to ensure that her sons, family and friends were taken care of. Vicki is survived by her sons James T. and Jeffery M. Culliton; siblings: Dale Salata, Peter (Jeannine) Salata, Michael (Jeanne) Salata, Kathleen (Myles Sobczak) Salata; her special friend and “cuzzin wuzzin” Maureen Morrissey; aunts, Mary Alice Morrissey and Kay Watson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband James A. Culliton in 1999, and her parents, Thomas and Marie “Lana” (Watson) Salata.
