Find A Loved One

One of the Top Funeral Homes in Lake County Illinois

Nothing is more emotionally challenging than losing a beloved family member. That's why Peterson & Patch Funeral Home & Cremation Center is here to help you arrange for a day to celebrate their life and honor their memory. We work closely with our clients to create a customized service that pays tribute to the lives of their precious loved ones, making us one of the preferred funeral homes in Waukegan Illinois and surrounding cities.

Our Services

Like all funeral homes, we strive to make each funeral service special. That's why we allow you to make special gestures such as releasing doves, butterflies, or balloons at the close of the service. We can also arrange prayers or songs to be sung during the service.

Although many people choose a traditional burial, some opt for cremation, which we also offer. If you're not sure about the wishes of your loved one, we can help you come to a decision that best matches your desires. A burial can include a casket or vault, and the choice of cemetery. Likewise, you can choose to place cremated remains in a mausoleum or have them buried on cemetery grounds. We can even accommodate "green burials" as an environmentally-friendly alternative.

You may be surprised to learn that we also offer services for pets. Just like family members, our furry friends provide us with love and comfort throughout our lives, so it's only natural to honor them with a proper send-off. We can provide you with a variety of options for cremation, including a private cremation in which your pet is placed alone in the cremation chamber. You can also choose to be involved in the cremation, in which you'll be present during the process.
